Abstract

I sistemi sanitari regionali sono chiamati a vincere la difficile sfida della sostenibilitˆ in un contesto di scarsitˆ delle risorse e di spending review. Lo scopo della ricerca nasce dalla necessitˆ da parte della Regione Veneto di adottare ed implementare nuovi strumenti di accountability focalizzati sul monitoraggio del principio di economicitˆ, giˆ introdotto con lÕart. 4 del d. lgs n. 229/1999, nella sua particolare accezione legata allÕequilibrio economico, patrimoniale e finanziario. La metodologia proposta riprende ed approfondisce la struttura di base individuata nei documenti di ÒRelazione sulla Gestione - Analisi dei bilanci delle aziende del Servizio Socio Sanitario del VenetoÓ per gli anni 2008-2013 nelle loro parti costituenti, allo scopo di introdurre ed affiancare modelli di analisi e schemi di rendicontazione dei dati contabili ad integrazione e supporto di quelli esistenti per una pi efficace informativa economico, patrimoniale e finanziaria a supporto delle scelte strategiche della programmazione regionale.
