Abstract

Based on the Cognitive Evaluation Theory and on the Self- Determination Theory, this study aims at testing the effectiveness of planning tools combined with autonomy and group dynamics. The purpose of these tools is to increase intrinsic motivation because of their informational effect. More specifically, thanks to the use of a monthly planner, we tested the improvement of school performance in students attending upper secondary schools.
