AbstractA standard approach in business is to conduct something called “SWOT” analysis. This looks at the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats facing a business. This paper will conduct a rudimentary SWOT analysis for the economy of Vietnam. Before beginning the analysis, there will be a brief digression to explain the word “dualism. ”
