Cooperazione agricola e aree marginali: una riflessione sull’esperienza della Provincia di Trento

Abstract

La cooperativa agricola è una delle forme cooperative più presenti e diffuse al mondo. Ciononostante, nella maggior parte dei casi l’apporto garantito da questo modello organizzativo viene trascurato/sottovalutato. In particolare, sembra non esserci la consapevolezza del ruolo strategico della cooperativa agricola nel potenziare i vantaggi insiti nell’azienda agricola familiare, soprattutto in contesti caratterizzati da elevata frammentazione delle proprietà agricole e da produzioni di elevata qualità . Il presente articolo cercherà , attraverso la presentazione dell’esperienza della cooperazione agricola in Provincia di Trento, di far emergere l’importanza di questa architettura istituzionale nel favorire un’adeguata valorizzazione di territori periferici e svantaggiati come quelli montani.
