Features of Purchasing for State Needs on Regional Level and Development of Proposals for Effectiveness Increasing

Abstract

Increasing of effectiveness and transparency of state contract system is a subject of constant care of national governments and international organizations. It is known that increasing of effectiveness of usage of state resources needs a presence of adequate national contract system that answering to international standards and functioning in effective and proper way.
