Abstract

Ce document tente de démontrer comment le marché chinois pourrait constituer une opportunité pour les entreprises françaises de l'agro-alimentaire. Les nouvelels tendances à la consommation comme l'ouverture croissante de la société à l'étranger permettent l'émergence d'un nouveau marché sur lequel les entreprises françaises restent à la traîne à quelques exceptions près. La conquête de la Chine reste semée d'embûches et une stratégie adaptée s'impose pour celles qui voudraient réussir.
