Abstract

In the article the authors conduct a systematic analysis of the results of an experimental study of opportunities and constraints to stimulate creative activity of teachers as an alternative of investing in human capital education. Discusses the personal characteristics that contribute to creative activity and prevented it. The authors conclude that the main qualities of teachers, capable of creative education are "motivational orientation on creative activity" and "tolerance for uncertainty". The study showed that creative activity is limited to personal factors of the teachers and cannot be a criterion of professional suitability, but requires the full support and reward systems.
