Abstract

s.The work is, first of all, important as an information source, carrying the diagnostic characteristics. Reflects the state of the economic mechanism at the beginning of a radical reform.Of Its essence lies in the fact that in 1985, the Tselinograd agricultural Institute conducted a study of partner relationships in the agricultural sector, which participated on the study 76 of the Directors of the 8 state farms and collective farm chairmen - representatives of Kokchetav, Kustanai, Pavlodar, North-Kazakhstan, Tselinograd, and Turgay regions( Kazakh Soviet socialist Republic). Each expert, assessing the specific conditions of the economy of the enterprise, formulated the most acute problems and contradictions arising in relations with partners in the agro-industrial complex in the sale of grain, potatoes, vegetables, livestock and poultry, milk, wool, eggs, leather raw materials, vitamin and herbal flour. In addition, the heads of enterprises revealed contradictions in relations with partners regarding the purchase of equipment, spare parts and repair materials, repair and energy services, and other resources безThe conclusions, made on the basis of the results of the expert evaluation, allow us to characterize the state of the economic mechanism in the system of the agro-industrial complex over this period of time.
