Abstract

The strategic management and the marketing approach are crucial in the contemporary conditions when significant changes occur in market structures and branch characteristics. All these changes can be met successfully if companies have been strategically prepared for them. Synergy, as a condition and a factor for creating company competitive advantages and realizing the strategic market-oriented company policy for successful company positioning on national and European markets, is crucial at this stage of the Bulgarian economy development. The subject of research in this article is the role of creation, the level and the quality of the company market strategy (which incorporates managerial synergies) for the successful competitive development of Bulgarian companies.
