The period after the Second world war when this policy was realized all over again in SFRU, then SRU (Serbia and Montenegro), and finally last years in independent Republic Serbia is captured. Evolution of policy of scientifically-technological progress from very encouraging (though and not without problems) from times after the Second World Wars, through long processes of decompositions, up to nowadays, not is shown so good condition which characterize is few obstacles in the planned way to the future successful policy of scientific and technological progress. Special readings are made for agriculture where prospects of progress and application of new technologies too are unknown and not encouraging. Russian Abstract.
