Abstract

Almost all over the world and to date, women still face inequalities impeding their carrier’s progression. This article advocates using a prospective approach for the implementation of workplace equality. From anticipation to action by means of appropriation, the prospective aims at giving to workplace equality, the strategic position it has to have.
