Polish abstract: Celem niniejszej publikacji jest przedstawienie wyników badań odnośnie do zapotrzebowania na zawody i kompetencje na podlaskim rynku pracy w kontekście potrzeb pracodawców w zakresie zatrudnienia i wsparcia kształcenia ustawicznego pracowników w wieku 45 lat i więcej. English abstract: The aim of this publication is to present the results of research regarding the demand for professions and competences Podlasie labor market in the context of the needs of employers in employment and support training for workers aged 45 years and older.
