Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на научно изследване са някои етични аспекти при прилагането на Закона за развитието на академичния състав в Република България, като акцентът е поставен върху дейността и приемането на решенията на научното жури при провеждане на конкурси, както и относно придобиването на образователната и научна степен „доктор”. Целта е да се поставят някои дискусионни въпроси, чието нормативно разрешение да се постигне при едно бъдещо изменение на закона.
