Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на настоящото научно изследване е международноправната уредба на дейността на етичните комисии в областта на научните медицински изследвания върху хора. Във вътрешното българско законодателство правната уредба на тази проблематика се съдържа в чл. 203-204 от Закона за здравето от 2004 г. Действащата вътрешноправна уредба е предмет на отделен научен анализ. За пълнота на изложението са посочени само относимите вътрешноправни разпоредби, чрез които се инкорпорира в националното законодателство разглежданата международноправна уредба.
