Realizacja unijnych celow LLL w Polsce

Abstract

Jednym z warunkow koniecznych sukcesu gospodarczego kraju jest edukacja, ktora w obecnych czasach powinna miec postac ksztalcenia przez cale zycie i to we wszystkich rolach zyciowych (life-wide lifelong learning - LLL). Warunek ten jest tak wazny, ze znalazl odzwierciedlenie w celach, najpierw Strategii Lizbonskiej, a nastepnie Strategii Europa 2020 i jej inicjatywach przewodnich. Jak wiadomo, kazde panstwo czlonkowskie UE jest zobligowane do realizacji wspolnych celow. Stad w niniejszym opracowaniu podjeto sie oceny realizacji unijnych celow LLL w Polsce. W opracowaniu przedstawiono: istote LLL, cele edukacyjne obowiazujace w obu wspomnianych strategiach, unijne zalecenia dla Polski w tym obszarze. Na podstawie wybranych wskaznikow okreslono poziom osiagniec edukacyjnych kraju. W artykule wykorzystano metode analizy desk research, metode wskaznikowa i metode dedukcji.
