Actividad deportiva, hábitos alimenticios y packaging de los alimentos. Análisis exploratorio en adolescentes

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza la posible relación entre la actividad deportiva habitual de los jóvenes adolescentes y hábitos alimenticios, así como la comunicación que aparece en el packaging de los alimentos. Tras una encuesta a 590 escolares, se clasificaron en dos grupos en función de su nivel de actividad física. Mientras los “activos” se preocupan por los aspectos sensoriales de lo que comen y por su carácter natural y saludable, los “sedentarios” les preocupa el precio, y no se muestran muy preocupados por desarrollar un comportamiento alimenticio saludable. En cuanto al packaging de los alimentos, los adolescentes no tienen muy en cuenta la información que muestra esta herramienta de comunicación.
