Abstract

Customer segment adalah cara mempersonalisasi pesan pemasaran customer untuk berkomunikasi lebih baik dengan berbagai kelompok pelanggan, lalu kalau customer adalah bagian penting dari sebuah perusahaan, jika suatu perusahaan tidak ada customer maka percuma saja. Pembagian segmen pelanggan membagi pelanggan menjadi kelompok customer masing-masing atau organisasi yang berbeda sesuai dengan kebutuhan umum mereka, perilaku umum, atau tindakan lainnya. Pada akhirnya, organisasi harus memilih segmen mana yang akan ditayangkan dan segmen mana yang diabaikan.
