Abstract

Puji syukur ke hadirat Allah swt. karena atas petunjuk, taufik, cahaya ilmu dan rahmat-Nya sehingga makalah dengan judul “Elastisistas Permintaan dan Penawaran”, dapat terselesaikan. Makalah ini diajukan guna memenuhi tugas individu mata kuliah Ekonomi Mikro pada Program Studi Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Alauddin Makassar. Dalam analisis ekonomi, secara teori maupun praktek sehari-hari adalah sangat berguna untuk mengetahui sampai sejauh mana responsifnya permintaan terhadap perubahan harga. Untuk memudahkan kita mencapai tujuan tersebut diperlukan sebuah satu pengukuran kuantitatif yang mampu menunjukkannya, ini dinamakan elastisitas permintaan. Tidak hanya pada sebatas permintaan, tetapi perubahan harga juga bisa menimbulkan akibat yang berbeda trhadap suatu barang, ukuran kuantitatif sebagai akibat perubahan harga terhadap penawaran disebut dengan elastisitas penawaran.
