Abstract

Cet ouvrage vise à fournir des références et un instrument de formation pour les gestionnaires publics des économies en transition, particulièrement ceux responsables des budgets et de l'élaboration des politiques. Ce livre fait suite au séminaire multinational de Ljubljana (1er et 2 avril 1996). Il reproduit les textes qui y furent présentés dans un format approprié à leur utilisation comme références et instrument de formation. Par exemple, on trouvera au début de chacune des parties des précisions terminologiques susceptibles d'en faciliter la lecture et la consultation ainsi que des survols et des notes comparatives quant aux systèmes et expériences présentés dans les textes. De même, à la fin de chaque texte, des outils de suivi offrent au lecteur la possibilité de compléter aisément son information.
