Abstract
Marketing in public administration imposes employees a new way of behavior that involves also interest towards citizens` requests, high capacity of coping to the evolution of requests and society's expectations, innovate spirit, transparence, availability to reduce bureaucracy, flexibility in the functioning mechanism of public institutions, unitary vision towards activities that are carried out as a result of effective orientation of activities to the real needs of citizens.
