Le management de projet au Crédit Agricole Centre Loire : de l’apprentissage à l’institutionnalisation

Abstract

Dans un contexte de banalisation de la démarche projet dans le secteur industriel, il est intéressant de s’interroger sur l’introduction du management de projet dans une banque. D’une part, l’étude empirique longitudinale menée à partir d’entretiens rétrospectifs a permis de dégager les étapes de l’apprentissage. D’autre part, la théorie de la création de connaissances de Nonaka et Takeuchi, testée sur un projet particulier, fournit une explication de la pérennité de l’accompagnement des projets.
