Keywords: Nous construisons une série de mesures du sentiment de sécurité de l’emploi dans 23 pays à partir de deux sources indépendantes de données individuelles. Nous confrontons ensuite lesdites mesures à l’indicateur synthétique de rigueur de la législation de la protection de l’emploi construit par l’OCDE. Nous trouvons que toutes nos mesures du sentiment de sécurité de l’emploi sont corrélées négativement avec la rigueur de la législation de la protection de l’emploi. En outre; ces mêmes mesures sont corrélées positivement à l’indicateur OCDE de générosité du système d’indemnisation du chômage.;
