Confiance et Economie Collaborative : Etude d?une Communauté d?autopartage

Abstract

L'économie collaborative et l'économie de partage connaissent un développement sans précédent dans la plupart des pays développés et en développement. Dans ces réseaux organisés, la confiance entre les partenaires d?échange joue un rôle crucial. Cependant, peu d?études soulignent l?importance de la confiance et de son impact sur la satisfaction des clients. Notre article se propose d?explorer ce lien à partir d?une étude exploratoire basée sur les verbatim extraits de forums, blogs et pages du leader mondial de l?autopartage, BlaBlaCar. Nos résultats confirment les principales dimensions de la confiance, en rapport avec le fournisseur de services, d?une part et les partenaires d?échanges d?autre part. Nous démontrons l?émergence d?une forme de confiance basée sur une vision commune d?une société dans laquelle les relations humaines sont bâties sur la réputation, les dispositifs règlementaires, des garanties développant la confiance mutuelle.
