Resultados de las reformas jurídicas relativas a las trabajadoras y los trabajadores domésticos en Uruguay

Abstract

El estudio que se presenta tiene por objetivo principal examinar el impacto de las reformas legales y otras medidas de política pública, relacionadas con la protección y/o la cobertura de la seguridad social del personal del servicio doméstico en Uruguay. Para ello se indaga respecto a la formalización y evolución del empleo en el sector así como a sus condiciones laborales. Asimismo, se analiza el posible impacto de estas políticas sobre la evolución de la demanda por servicio doméstico.
