Abstract

This volume provides an in-depth analysis of what is known about the effectiveness of projects aimed at fostering agricultural production and productivity and what has been done to improve the development effectiveness in this area. It then identifies where gaps lie in the existing evidence, what needs to be evaluated in the future, and how this might be done.
