Abstract

"Ziel dieser Studie ist, Bestimmungsfaktoren für Übergänge aus Arbeitslosigkeit in Beschäftigung zu identifizieren. Die Untersuchung eines strukturellen Ungleichgewichts in Hinblick auf das Anforderungsniveau von Arbeitslosen einerseits und den angebotenen Stellen andererseits erhält dabei ein besonderes Gewicht. Dazu werden zunächst in Kapitel 2 die Entwicklung von Arbeitslosigkeit und Beschäftigung seit 2000 sowie ihre Entkoppelung dargestellt. Kapitel 3 skizziert theoretische Ansätze zur Erklärung des Übergangsprozesses von Arbeitslosigkeit in Beschäftigung. Die deskriptive Analyse des Zusammenhangs zwischen Übergängen und verschiedenen Strukturmerkmalen der Arbeitslosen sowie der Wirtschaftsstruktur ist Gegenstand von Kapitel 4. Differenzierter wird schließlich in Kapitel 5 mit Hilfe einer Regressionsanalyse der Einfluss einiger Determinanten, unter anderem eines Indikators zur Messung des qualifikatorischen Mismatches, auf die Abgangswahrscheinlichkeit von Arbeitslosen bestimmt.
