Abstract

"The number of vacant training positions has increased during the last years. This is especially true for smaller establishments and for establishments in industries which also suffer from prematurely terminated training contracts. In order to increase the attractiveness of the offered training positions, most of the establishments providing apprenticeship training offer benefits to their apprentices in addition to the training allowance."
