Abstract

Denne rapport præsenterer et nyt analysekoncept til overvågning af en mærkningsordnings succes blandt forbrugerne. De to væsentligste elementer i dette koncept er en typologi for forbrugere med forskellige grader af engagement i mærkningsordninger, og en modelbaseret tilgang til måling af den forbrugerbaserede værdi af en mærkning. Typologien for forbrugere inddrager forbrugernes forskellighed med hensyn til opfattelsen af mærkningsordninger generelt, og modellen til måling af den forbrugerbaserede værdi af en specifik mærkningsordning udtrykker dens succes i et adfærdsorienteret effektmål. Grundlaget er Elaboration Likelihood-teorien, der søger at forklare, hvorledes en forbruger bearbejder og påvirkes holdnings- og adfærdsmæssigt af information, i dette tilfælde i form af en mærkning af produkter. En forenklet udgave af modellen, jævnfør figur 0.1, danner grundlag for et sæt af spørgsmål til bestemmelse af, hvor i hierarkiet den enkelte forbruger mener at befinde sig i forhold til de i alt 11 forskellige mærkningsordninger, som indgår i undersøgelsen.
