Abstract

Ce rapport de recherche présente la synthèse des résultats du programme de recherche « La politique du nickel entre gouvernance locale et gouvernance d'entreprise. Trajectoires minières et industrielles comparées en Nouvelle-Calédonie ». Ce programme s'inscrit dans la première génération des appels à projet lancés par le CNRT « Nickel et son environnement » : « Activités minières et gouvernance locale en Nouvelle-Calédonie ». Il avait donc une vocation large de description et d'analyse des enjeux de gouvernance locale liés à l'activité minière, qu'elle soit d'extraction ou de transformation, sur la base d'une comparaison interne à la Nouvelle-Calédonie. Le rapport présente de manière synthétique et articulée les principaux résultats de ce programme dont les détails sont à trouver dans la série de documents de travail produits dans ce cadre ainsi que dans les publications qui en ont résulté.
