Abstract

Ce texte a pour but de mettre en évidence un certain nombre de pressions les plus perceptibles qu'exercent sur le système de gestion de la main-d'œuvre, les changements économique, socio-démographique et technique dans l'industrie japonaise durant les années 1980, et de s'interroger sur leur implication en matière de système de rémunération, réputé jusque là comme "archaïque".
