Abstract

Un jeune des années 2010 peut-il encore espérer être directement recruté comme fonctionnaire par l'État ? Ou bien les CDD sont-ils devenus la principale voie d'accès à l'emploi titulaire ? Que deviennent d'ailleurs les contractuels qui ne deviennent pas fonctionnaires titulaires ? Restent-ils au service de l'Etat ou le quittent-ils ? Pour répondre à ces questions, cette communication présente les résultats d'une typologie des parcours de jeunes entrés dans la fonction publique d'Etat en utilisant la technique de l'appariement optimal (Optimal matching analysis).
