Abstract

Cette contribution vise à mettre en exergue les racines ordolibérales de la politique de concurrence européenne et s'interroge sur la compatibilité d'une approche plus économique, centrée sur le critère de la maximisation du bien-être du consommateur, avec la pratique décisionnelle européenne.
