L'influence des réseaux interorganisationnels sur l'activité des entreprises

Abstract

Ces dernières décennies, de nombreux travaux issus de la sociologie économique ont souligné l'importance de l'influence des réseaux interorganisationnels sur l'activité des entreprises. Néanmoins, le lien entre effets réseaux et activité des entreprises n'a pas été clairement établi. C'est ce que cet article propose de faire, en distinguant les effets des réseaux interorganisationnels sur les activités d'exploitation et les activités d'exploration. Les implications en matière d'ambidextrie sont ensuite discutées.
