Abstract

Cette recherche s'interroge sur la possibilité de classer les établissements d'enseignement supérieur à partir d'indicateurs d'insertion. Nos résultats empiriques ainsi que la revue de littérature montrent que l'hétérogénéité des publics étudiants entre établissements et les différences de contexte sur les marchés régionaux du travail peuvent sensiblement affecter leurs performances en matière d'insertion. Une fois contrôlés ces effets pour différents types d'établissement d'enseignement supérieur (les universités hors IUT -Instituts universitaires de technologie-, les IUT, les écoles d'ingénieurs), il est ardu d'observer une influence propre à chaque établissement qui permettrait de les classer.
