Abstract

Suite à la multiplication du nombre d'études réalisées ces dernières années, il devient de plus en plus difficile d'obtenir un taux de réponse élevé aux enquêtes de mobilité. Afin de réduire le biais de non-réponse, nous avons mis en place une enquête web en parallèle de l'enquête ménages déplacements menée en face-à-face à Lyon en 2006. L'idée était de proposer aux ménages qui refusaient de recevoir un enquêteur à domicile ou qui restaient injoignables après plusieurs tentatives de contact, de remplir le questionnaire en ligne. Les deux principaux objectifs de cette recherche sont de tester la faisabilité d'une enquête web auprès des non répondants au questionnaire traditionnel et de mener une analyse comparative des comportements de mobilité des individus ayant répondu à l'enquête par Internet, avec ceux soumis au questionnaire standard.
