Abstract

A une époque où la mobilité généralisée est la norme, l'existence d'inégalités en matière de déplacements devient en enjeu crucial pour les politiques publiques. La plupart des études quantitatives et qualitatives montrent que les mécanismes générateurs des inégalités sont complexes et imparfaitement connus. Préciser leur traduction dans le domaine des transports et plus concrètement concernant la mobilité au sein des modes de vie quotidiens, a été un des objectifs majeurs de cet ouvrage. Ce livre tente ainsi de clarifier des notions et des faits pour contribuer à la construction d'une transition durable du " droit aux transports " au " droit à la mobilité pour tous ".
