Abstract

Cet article met en lumière la relation entre stress au travail et implication des professionnels de santé travaillant dans le milieu hospitalier marocain. L'objectif principal est d'appréhender la complexité de leur activité en se focalisant sur le dilemme entre la détresse et la satisfaction au travail. La problématique de recherche réside dans la réponse à la question suivante : Comment protéger la santé des professionnels de santé fortement engagés dans leur métier malgré les niveaux de stress et d'épuisement professionnel que confrontent chaque jour sur les lieux de travail ? Cette étude explore le point de vue des managers hospitaliers sur le sujet et elle repose sur une étude qualitative. Sept (07) responsables hospitaliers qui représentent les différents niveaux hiérarchiques. Les résultats affirment la relation théoriquement négative entre le stress au travail et l'implication organisationnelle en milieu hospitalier. Finalement, des recommandations sont formulées à l'intention des responsables tout en veillant à la formulation originale du contenu, pour limiter les effets négatifs du stress sur la santé mentale des professionnels et préserver leur degré d'engagement dans leur travail, un engagement qui affecte directement la qualité de soins.
