Abstract

Purpose of this study: to examine the impact of human resource digitalization on organizational performance. Specifically, this study seeks to examine the moderating role of external environment characterized as VUCA. Furthermore, the study investigates the mediating role of information technology environment characterized as SMACs in the relationships between e-HRM and organizational performance. To answer to the formulated hypotheses a quantitative method is employed using data from 266 employees of the service sector is Ghana.
