Abstract

La croissance anémique de la demande intérieure allemande et la dépendance aux exportations entravent le rééquilibrage [de la zone euro] (…). Le résultat, c'est une tendance déflationniste pour la zone euro et pour l'économie mondiale (Rapport du Trésor américain au congrès des Etats-Unis, 30 octobre 2013, repris dans : le Monde, Economie & entreprises, 16 novembre, p.2).
