Abstract

Cette note analyse l'architecture de la politique de cohésion de l'Union européenne (UE) et son impact sur la croissance économique des États bénéficiaires. À travers un état des lieux sur l'efficacité conditionnelle des Fonds européens structurels et d'investissement (FESI), cette note vise à enrichir le débat sur le budget européen de la période de programmation 2021-2027. Ce dernier prévoit notamment une réduction des montants affectés aux Fonds européens [1].
