Abstract

Le phénotype de fragilité chez les personnes âgées est défini comme une vulnérabilité accrue aux facteurs de stress, conduisant à des problèmes de santé. Il est reconnu comme permettant d'identifier le risque d'incapacité à un stade précoce et réversible. Bien que la littérature sur les déterminants socio-économiques de la fragilité émerge dans des coupes transversales, on en savait peu sur la dynamique de cette relation au fil du temps. Notre article examine l'évolution conjointe de la fragilité et du changement des conditions économiques pour les 65 ans et plus en Europe, et cette présentation, montre que l'enquête SHARE est un outil intéressant pour analyser ces questions nécessitant un horizon temporel: en raison de la richesse des données notamment sur les questions santé et économiques
