Contribution de la méthode sociocratique à la décision ?

Abstract

Face aux tensions entre centralisation et partage de la décision que nourrissent nombre de travaux dans la littérature, c'est dans le cadre théorique de l'agir communicationnel (Habermas, 1987) que cette étude est réalisée, pour examiner dans quelle mesure la méthode sociocratique pourrait-elle contribuer à l'émergence de nouvelles représentations de la décision (Laroche, 1995) ? Nous examinons cette question à partir d'une recherche intervention (David, 2000) où la méthode sociocratique formalisée par Gerard Endenburg (1988) est utilisée pour faciliter l'émergence d'une SCIC alimentaire et d'autres activités (bar, détente, bien être, recyclerie). L'étude toujours en cours, est réalisée sur le terrain en binôme avec une stagiaire (chef d'entreprise depuis vingt ans) , issue de la dernière promotion d'une formation en intelligence relationnelle, organisationnelle et collective que nous avons créée à l'université de Lorraine. Nous évoquons les difficultés de la participation aux décisions et l'idéal d'agir communicationnel, qui pourrait être servi par la sociocratie, pour un renouveau de la participation aux décisions ; suivent la présentation du terrain, la méthodologie de recherche intervention basée sur une démarche ethnographique organisationnelle (Rix-Lièvre, Lièvre, 2013) et notre posture constructiviste ; l'exposé des résultats conduit à dégager dans le contexte étudié, des caractéristiques thématiques, organisationnelles et individuelles qui facilitent ou freinent la mise en œuvre de la sociocratie, constituant ainsi un apport managérial potentiel pour contribuer au renouvellement des représentations de la décision.
