Abstract

Les auteurs construisent une série de mesures du sentiment de sécurité de l'emploi dans 23 pays à partir de deux sources indépendantes de données individuelles. Ils confrontent ensuite les dites mesures à l'indicateur synthétique de rigueur de la législation de la protection de l'emploi construit par l'OCDE. Ils trouvent que toutes leurs mesures du sentiment de sécurité de l'emploi sont corrélées négativement avec la rigueur de la législation de la protection de l'emploi. En outre, ces mêmes mesures sont corrélées positivement à l'indicateur OCDE de générosité du système d'indemnisation du chômage.
