Etre juste ou être exemplaire ? : La fusion Air-France KLM à la loupe

Abstract

Cet article examine l'influence relative des perceptions de justice distributive et de justice procédurale, d'exemplarité comportementale et d'exemplarité décisionnelle, sur la satisfaction et la volonté de coopérer des acteurs dans les fusions et acquisitions, spécifiquement chez Air France-KLM. Nos résultats indiquent que la justice distributive permet de satisfaire les salariés des deux compagnies aériennes. Mais pour gagner leur coopération, être personnellement exemplaire est aussi important pour les décideurs qu'être juste. Chez Air France-KLM, la justice procédurale et l'exemplarité décisionnelle ont une influence marginale dans les processus d'intégration.
