Abstract

La stratégie militaire de la Russie et ses réformes s'inscrivent dans une relation de puissance et de rapport de force. Les budgets militaires de la recherche augmentent et les stratégies, très élaborées, s'inspirent parfois, notamment pour la Crimée et l'Ukraine de certains principes élaborés par Sun Tzu.
