Pourquoi et comment former les animateurs socioculturels à l’économie sociale et solidaire ?

Abstract

L'objet de cette communication est de questionner la place et le sens d'un enseignement en économie sociale et solidaire au sein des formations universitaires en animation. Ce faisant, nous interrogeons les liens entre l'animation, l'éducation populaire et l'économie sociale et solidaire à travers un croisement entre les approches théoriques de l'animation et de l'éducation pour le développement de sociétés responsables. Nous dressons ensuite un état des lieux de l'enseignement de l'économie sociale et solidaire au sein de ces formations, basé sur une enquête auprès de nos collègues et sur l'analyse de nos propres pratiques au sein des IUT de Rennes et de Bordeaux. Nous montrons finalement que l'éducation à l'ESS des futurs professionnels du secteur pourrait contribuer à renforcer la visée émancipatrice de la fonction d'animation, souvent laissée de côté par la professionnalisation et l'institutionnalisation des pratiques, par la sensibilisation à un « produire, échanger et consommer autrement ».
