Le renouveau du lien social dans un contexte de dynamisation d'une activité économique durable : le cas de l'hôtellerie de plein air

Abstract

L'hôtellerie de plein air, autrement dit les campings, jouit en France d'une image mal valorisée, voire rétrograde. Ce secteur très fortement dominé par des PME, en cours de structuration, ne dispose pas de la puissance médiatique et commerciale des grandes chaînes de l'hôtellerie conventionnelle. Les actions entreprises depuis plus de 10 ans tant sur l'intégration de l'Homme au niveau social (emploi, formation professionnelle), sociétal (mixité sociale, ouverture sur un tourisme plus accessible) et environnemental (labels, actions indépendantes) sont pourtant significatives et impliquent d'en dresser un bilan en vue d'éclairer le débat sur le panorama touristique français. On se proposera d'observer la faculté de ce secteur à renouveler le lien social dans le contexte d'un marché orienté sur le développement durable.
