Abstract

Développée, en France, en sein d'agences de notation extra-financière, l'analyse concernant l'Investissement socialement responsable (ISR) fait progressivement son apparition au sein des sociétés de courtage, coeur du champ organisationnel du traitement de l'information financière. Afin d'analyser les dispositifs d'intégration des analystes ISR, cette communication, à visée exploratoire, a pour objet d'étudier leur inscription dans les modes de gestion en vigueur dans ces sociétés ainsi que dans les processus organisationnels et institutionnels de formation du jugement. When Socially Responsible Investment analysis becomes financial: An analysis of cognitive and organizational appliances of legitimacy Developed in France in SRI research houses, Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) analysis emerges in brokerage firms. Its entry in the core of organizational field of financial information treatment raises questions about the evolution of the practices. This field study analyses how SRI analysts get legitimacy, how they are managed in brokerage firms and how organisational and institutional contexts shape the ways they form their opinions and interpret information.
