Abstract

Notre étude cherche à comprendre le rôle que peut jouer un syndicat professionnel dans des réseaux inter-organisationnels innovants en nous concentrant sur un secteur d'activité particulier : les paysagistes et leur syndicat professionnel, l'Union Nationale des Entreprises de Paysage (UNEP). La très grande majorité des entreprises de paysage sont des petites entreprises artisanales aux ressources limitées. Depuis 2013, et la création de la commission « Innovation et Expérimentation », l'UNEP tente de jouer un rôle actif en matière d'innovation. Des entretiens avec des acteurs de la filière paysage en relation avec le syndicat ont été menés. Nous avons également pu analyser un premier projet collectif d'innovation mobilisant des entreprises de paysage particulièrement investies au sein de l'UNEP dans le cadre d'une étude de cas unique. Notre étude montre que, sans être intégré à la gouvernance du réseau inter-organisationnel innovant, le syndicat professionnel peut jouer un rôle d'intermédiaire dont les leviers d'action se situent particulièrement dans la structuration du réseau d'innovation.
