Abstract

L'application en 2013 d'un dispositif règlementaire (Décret 2011-1336) relatif à l'affichage CO2 Transport s'inscrit dans une dynamique de pression institutionnelle sur les entreprises. A partir de l'analyse des résultats d'une recherche qualitative, cette communication s'attache à analyser la manière dont les entreprises ont appliqué cette nouvelle réglementation et son impact sur les pratiques d'affichage CO2 Transport. Les résultats confirment la connaissance du décret par les entreprises françaises mais constatent une application disparate ainsi qu'une faible influence sur les pratiques. La recherche permet d'identifier les leviers et freins à l'application du dispositif règlementaire français et ouvre des pistes tant d'un point de vue managérial que scientifique.
